The Glasshouse sits at the centre of the mountain and makes the most of it. Glass opens onto the Glass House Mountains, Lake Samsonvale, Moreton Bay and the Brisbane skyline, a view that shifts through the day and turns the city into lights by dinner. The kitchen works close to home. Much of the menu is picked from the resort’s own Chef’s Garden, a short walk from the pass, and built around what the hinterland is growing that week.
