Discover hinterland dining above Brisbane, where produce from our own Chef's Garden and views to the Glass House Mountains come together

The Glasshouse sits at the centre of the mountain and makes the most of it. Glass opens onto the Glass House Mountains, Lake Samsonvale, Moreton Bay and the Brisbane skyline, a view that shifts throughout the day and turns the city into lights by dinner. The kitchen works close to home. Much of the menu is picked from the resort’s own Chef’s Garden, a short walk from the pass, and built around what the hinterland is growing that week. A central fireplace, banquette seating and a bar made for staying a while. Relaxed breakfasts, slow dinners, welcoming resort guests and visitors alike.
